"Step into a piece of history with the sale of the historic Gray Cliff Lodge, a breathtaking 6,504 sq ft Ogden landmark built in 1905 as the cherished summer home of the Thomas Dee family. The estate revels in its storied past, where every inch tells a tale of family gatherings, pioneering spirit, and fond traditions."
The water treatment plant in Ogden Canyon manages water supplied from Pineview Dam, which is transported 4.7 miles through the Ogden Canyon Conduit, co-owned by the Ogden River Water Users Association and Utah Power & Light Company. This conduit channels water into two main canals: the South Ogden Highline Canal, with a capacity of 35 cubic feet per second, and the Ogden Brigham Canal, with a capacity of 120 cubic feet per second. Both canals distribute water to users through privately owned laterals.
Ogden City is involved in this water management system, relying on the treated water to meet the needs of its residents. The city collaborates with the Ogden River Water Users Association to ensure a reliable water supply and effective infrastructure for distribution.
